I'm Courtney, I’m 28 and currently live in a suburb outside of Atlanta with my hubby E. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, music, and shopping. I work as an occupational therapist in the local school system.
I have been trying to lose weight most of my adult life and have decided this is the last time: I'M NOT QUITING THIS TIME. At the beginning of the year ( 2012) I made a vision collage of the things I wanted to accomplish this year. There are many pictures, however the most important are: a picture of Cancun to represent me leaving the country for the first time, Jennifer Hudson- she's my inspiration, the initials of the names I would want to name my first child, and the number of the weight I want to be, and a quote " Falling in Love With Me".
I want to be smaller, lighter... healthier! I just started my weight loss journey using the Quick Weight Loss plan.. I've decided to blog my journey to hopefully inspire someone, remember my ups and downs, to complain when I don't want to vocally!
Join me on this weight loss journey as I go through ups and downs, good and bad, and continue to take it one day at a time!
